Refund & Returns Policy

The following explains Mishcats refund & returns policy.

Returns Terms & Conditions

  • We are happy to accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The item(s) need to be unopened and in it’s original condition (including packaging). For these purchases you can return your order for exchange or store credit.
  • You can return your order and receive a refund if the item is faulty or not as described on the website. Items not as described need to be returned within 30 days of date of purchase to qualify for a refund. Contact us for faulty items and we will work out a resolution. In some cases, warranties etc we may refer you on to the manufacturer.
  • The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred for an item’s return, unless there was an error on our behalf. As shipping costs vary between couriers, it may cost more to send an item back to us than us shipping it out to you. Please contact us before returning goods. We can only offer refunds when we have arranged pickup and return through our courier service.
  • We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on food, treats or any edible items that have been opened due to strict health policies. Please choose carefully, and check your order before submitting.

Damaged Or Faulty Items

If you received a damaged shipment or product, please email photos of the damaged item to enquiries@mishcats.com.au, include your order number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We may need to return a product to the manufacturer to have a product assessed to determine the nature of the problem. There may be delays when seeking assistance from suppliers or manufacturers.
